Being located in a rural environment, Swan Reach Primary School endeavours to ensure distance and geographical location does not disadvantage our students. In order to ensure all children are provided with opportunities to experience live performances, Swan Reach Primary School subscribes to a NEXUS Arts program.
These performances occur at least three times per year and involve travelling artists presenting a range of genre to students – usually teaming up with other schools in the T.U.B.B.S. cluster in the Johnsonville Hall - made famous by the Slim Dusty song ‘The Johnsonville Dance’.
Performances over the last few years have included:
Hansel & Gretel (Opera Australia) Sean Choolburra (previous member of Bangarra Dance Company)
 Showko (Japanese Performance Art)
Anthony de Masi (Magic Tony – Kids Warner Brothers TV)
