iConnect, Equine therapy

Swan Reach Primary School considers student welfare to be a high priority and can offer support for students and their families in adverse situations. Alongside a breakfast program, assistance with uniforms, attendance tracking and a buddies program; the school can arrange referrals for early intervention mental health programs, such as iConnect, and equine therapy.
